Makes sense for Scion of Many Worlds to win this round of voting. It's not everyday a former human-turned-urthani ascends to godhood and I'm willing to bet that the rest of humanity is incredibly curious and/or outraged of such a concept that they just HAVE to find out for themselves.

2024-07-08 03:45:05 +0000 UTCJust thought of this too, it makes sense thematically for Lakran to be the first place for Wu to go to. Having a human soldier copied into another species before ascending to quasi-godhood is a pretty big deal, and I’d imagine it’s a top priority.

2024-06-26 07:48:32 +0000 UTCI would enjoy reading about some of the space stations that are directly next to the cruel space border and how they’re coming to terms with humans coming outside of it. It would be especially funny if either independent people found a way to sneak out of cruel space or companies secretly found a way to get a small collective out. Another small idea would be a leak of some of the messages Home gets out on the internet because of tampering from a free information hacking collective. That spawns a human cult on earth that says they need to escape cruel space and begin devising plans and raising capital. Of course, both of these are fun little blurbs that I just want to get out and that would hopefully help with any writers block if it came up.
