Second thing: I am. Losing my mind!! Drawing wings!! Avialae ended two years ago and I was sick of drawing wings then. I love Silas and Ezra but the wings! I need to move on!!
So, after much thought, I have decided Part 3 is going to be the final book of Occultus. I have said previously that it would be 4 books, but I don’t think I can survive the psychic damage of knowing two books are left. It‘s the same story, I‘ve just rewritten and cut out a few things. Aiming for Part 3 to be around 80 pages, so we’ve got quite a lot left, but it feels much more manageable than what I had planned before.
I know this is some people’s favorite story of mine and I’m sorry if this is disappointing to you. But I promise you I will finish the story, and I hope that’s good enough!

Alternative: a sudden and random plot hole appears where all the wings are suddenly invisible, but they’re definitely still there…

It is a little ironic to me though, as tediously drawing wings is my favorite and most relaxing thing for me to draw. Trying to comprehend psycic damage from drawing them causes my brain to error out!
