All the eggs he removed from Helena have been conceived with his own sperm, and he has impregnated both Helena and Gracie with them. I loved your reaction to Helena's "I will gut you like a fish" and the scene where she gets her revenge with Hank "horse baby or cow baby" with the pipe. Tatiana never ceases to amaze

Seeing Helena walking away from the burning Prolethean compound reminded me of when Villanelle walked away from her mom's place after she torched it. There are similarities with those two.
