Yes I read all my comments! At least I try. Sometimes I don't get notifications for them which is annoying because then I don't see them. But I never intentionally ignore one!

I am not sure if Kelsea is reading these but here I go again. For at least one Summer Micheal's dad worked at the estate, and the girls would babysit Micheal. Lisbeth has had a very abusive childhood, so having a photographic memory is more of a curse to her. Also, Micheal was the first man to treat her like a normal person, and a peer. and that was the attraction.

The David Fincher Rooney Mara version is much better. Hope you give it a whirl at some point

It is well worth watching the other two Swedish versions of the series as well. The next 2 focus more on Lisbeth, her past and her present. The second movie is more of a lead in to the third but it pays off wonderfully in the third movie. All the questions you have about her will become so much more clearer on those movies. Also will just say that their relationship in the next 2 is platonic so no need to worry about more of that. I agree that their relationship is much better as friends, but you will see that he is there for her just as much as she was for him in this one. Also, just clarification about his relationship with his business partner Erica. She is married and they have been having an affair for many years. Her husband looks the other way but his wife couldn’t (hence their divorce). The American version is good but not as good as this version. Sad they won’t be making more of the Swedish versions from the new books as the lead actor has sadly passed away.
