And speaking of bad guy voices, Sokka gets his training from the T-1000. If he wanted to, i think Aang could really be a ladies' man. Actually, factories are legitimate strategic targets. During WWII, there were numerous bombing raids to destroy them. There's been so much about the suffering the Fire Nation causes the rest of the world, I like how they show that they cause suffering for their own people. We don't hate this.
