I think that one of my favorite aspects of Duaffy's reactions is how she judges every person, action and revelation without including the options that would be available if she accepted that a lot of people are just bad, or mean, or lie because it suits them to do so. It makes it all the more entertaining how she gets hopping mad when she realizes that somebody did something for a purely mean or selfish reason. She's too nice, and expects the rest of us the world to be the same. Unfortunately, a lot of the rest of the world isn't worthy. Along those lines, she also struggles with people with good intentions doing bad things to achieve their goals. The classic "ends justify the means" scenarios. In this case, the Flag Smashers are a movement with good intentions. But, as often happens, this movement has a militant portion (the super soliders controlled by Karli) that will do mean/bad things to achieve the goals. The thousand (millions?) of other members of the movement are the regular people that just support their cause and goal, but won't do the bad things. For example, the people that would just leave the room when Sam was asking them questions instead of ganging up on him and beating him down.

Karli trying to use force to make her point, Walker feeling he has the right to use force, and the Wakandans saying they have jurisdiction wherever they are. In the end, it solved nothing. None of them got what they wanted. Also, Karli seems to be getting a serious ego. "There are millions of people who need me." "Do the world a favor and let me go." Messiah complex, much?
