You are going to notice that Lana use a lot of the same lyrics in her unreleased songs, like for exemple in 4th of July there is this lyrics "feels like sugar in me" that she use in ¨Put me in a movie". It's funny to see so much similarity in different music, even when they're not at all similar. Im so happy that you react to all of her unreleased.

Hey !! You can use Spotify local files and make your own playlist with every Lana unreleased, there's a lot of tutorial on YT, that's what i did it saving my life lol, I downloaded each music one by one and is classified by the date the music was recorded, using the Lana wiki too, took me hours but was so worth it. But i think you can download all of them in once using The Miss Daytona Collection, it have everything in one folder.

Very brave and interesting way of going through the unreleased stuff. Just a small heads up but obviously due to copyright and stuff, there's some uploads around which are pitched up/down so the songs aren't in the right key Also, there are two albums that were initally made public from her early days but later got pulled from circulation down the line. There is an album (and a few EPs if i remember correctly) under the name May Jailer called Sirens released around 2006 and also my personal favourite of her entire work Lana Del Ray AKA Lizzy Grant (yes with an A) which is technically her debut and got a limited release but got pulled shortly after. Lana did mention she'd like to re-release this one day

The part from 80's baby definitely sounds a bit like the bridge in the blackest day from Honeymoon

1949 later morphed into Every Man Gets His Wish, can't wait for you to continue your journey!!! 4th of July morphed into Put me in a Movie without the crystal reference The "r*pe me" from 80's baby is definitely a Nirvana reference

Oh my god I would love to see ur reaction to lana covering nirvanas ”heart shaped box” someday, I think it’s my favourite live performance I’ve ever seen!

OMG YES THANK YOU

Cassie

omg lana has about 200 unreleased songs if not more. this is gonna be fun 🤣

The version of Axl Rose Husband you listened to is significantly pitched down. This is often the case with some of her unreleased stuff online for copyright reasons. Here’s a tumblr page I recommend with all her unreleased stuff not altered for next time lol https://lanatrailercollection.tumblr.com

I personally prefer the first version of Afraid. The second one is way more refined but at the same time the off-beat production bothers me a bit.

Scarstar

but so happy you're doing it this way bc i haven't heard all the unreleased so a lot of this will be firsts for me too lol

you're so brave for going in alphabetical order omg so many songs

I think the part from 80s baby ended up in Blackest Day “I got you, I got you, I got you where I want you”
