I feel the season ended on a fairly strong note; it closed enough loose ends and set up the series to have a promising future with good characters and potential plots :) I feel like it can go anywhere and that this episode closed the season in a nice way.

I'd love a season 2 but currently this show is labeled as a limited series with no second season planned. Ewan is sure to pop up in other projects in the future as Obi, but personally I'm not sure a 2nd season would be warranted unless they have a real reason to do it. It's pretty clear that the face-off and ending between Anakin and Obi was the purpose of this series and they did it beautifully

2022-08-03 10:25:57 +0000 UTCAfter a couple of days I've finally got caught up on episode reactions for this series. And loved them! I know there were a lot of mixed reactions to this show. But personally, I loved it! It's hard to rate some of the episodes, but the last episode is definitely my favorite. Just seeing both of the Skywalker twins at the age of 10. Vivien Lyra Blair was fantastic as Leia. Carrie Fisher(RIP always) would've loved what she did with the role. What we saw of Grant Feely as a young Luke, he did great. He actually looks a little bit how Jake Lloyd looked as Anakin in The Phantom Menace. Great job with the casting of the Skywalker twins. And seeing Ewan, Hayden, and even Jimmy Smits back in their roles was fantastic! Looking forward to the YouTube edits of this hopefully soon. Have a great day today! π
