Here's the three Ideas I chose from the suggestions - Which ever one gets the most votes is what I'll be using for inspiration for Mays 8-10 page One Shot Comic :)

Idea 1:

A knight comes from a cursed bloodline. The prophecies foretell that every firstborn male of his family will be afflicted by the time they turn 25. He doesn't believe it. As the only child in his family, it's up to him to make his family proud and cement their legacy. On his 25th birthday, the curse sets in, and he is turned into a woman.

Idea 2:

A genetic scientist hates his sisters boyfriend, and prospective fiancé, so after exhausting all options he resorts to using a new experimental sciency thing to change himself into a female version of himself so he can arrange his sister walking in on her boyfriend with another woman when she comes home from work.
(I changed the suggestion from father to brother because I'm not comfortable with age regression or father's XD)

Idea 3:

Guy starts playing a new game, where his avatar looks suspiciously like him. He changes it to female, adding extra curves to the avatar, then starts playing. As he plays, he slowly turns into the same body as the female character. Only finally realises the change when she pauses the game because of how "hot" she was getting (physically and sexually.)
