I don’t believe there is a Red official tour video but you can watch the Red (song) video and get a really good flavor for it.

It does such that that we never got a RED Tour DvD but the director was put in jail and wouldn't release footage to Taylor and her team unless they paid him. So they decided not to release. There's a few performances that are HD but not many.
