After sending off an appeal I received a very blanket robotic response which essentially said 'you're suspended forever because we say so'.
I've sent another appeal, and plan to keep sending them until someone hears me out
Really depressed about what is an honest mistake which was made out of ignorance not malice. I don't suppose anyone has any suggestions that I can do. Could really use some advice.

If you can send me some artists that have that in their banners that would be great, I can't do that because they even froze my home page

It was an honest mistake. At least give you a time estimate punishment in the least. It's not fair that it was your first offense and they're hitting you with a perma.
