Tiers makeover

So I was inspired to remake the tiers for this account, as following: I reinstated the lowest, pics-only tier; I kept the main video one the same but changed the name to 'munchies,' I lowered the price for the next highest tier (stuffing), and I added a personalized video tier (ayce).
