Karrion Kross contract update.

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp reported earlier this year that Karrion Kross was in a contract year, with sources claiming that his contract is up this Summer. At the start of June, Fightful inquired with sources close to the situation and close to Kross about an update. Based on what we've heard, WWE has not yet approached Kross about a contract extension or renewal, and we haven't heard if they've indicated interest in doing so.
WWE has typically notified talent within a month or so when their deals are expiring that they won't renew. Of late, though, WWE has been happy to keep talent on television up until they're notified that they'll not be renewed or approached for extension.
As best we know, there are a few months remaining on Kross' deal. We'll work to find out more.

Kross will never go to AEW. He had a chance before he was brought back and said no.

2025-06-04 23:28:33 +0000 UTCI don't think WWE wants to keep Scarlett and Kross. A great tandem, but does WWE think it can really get a ROI on them even if booked strongly? It feels shortsighted. KK is so good, Scarlett is/was a decent wrestler too. They both have main event potential in WWE. Hope they get resigned and pushed to the moon, but...
