Yep, 100%. I've actually ordered two, since I found a seller that can get it to more tomorrow, rather than Friday. I'm hoping to be back at it tomorrow night.

If the pens aren't expensive, maybe get a spare in case something like this happens again?

Dope. I'm actually trying to write one now of Hera having sex with the Minotaur, but I'm not sure where/how to begin. I started with Athena fighting Ares (an episode from the Iliad, Book V), and somehow I need to transition that to Hera going to the Labyrinth . . . I don't know, I might change the beginning to something about Hera and Lamia.

No, I just ordered one. The 'expensive' aspect is all in the time I'm losing, and it's just frustrating that I make one clumsy brain-dead move, and now I'm out of my hobby for a week. Ugh. I stuck the pen in rice, and I'm hoping that by tomorrow it'll be working again, and that way the replacement can be my spare.

What digital tablet do you use? Are the pens expensive to replace?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I sometimes read really sad or disturbing articles, and I want to 'like' them because I find them informative, but that feels like I'm endorsing or 'liking' whatever bad stuff the article is about.

This is one of those posts where I question whether liking the post is a good thing or bad

I was reading above what happened, I was going to offer to buy you a new pen but glad you got that sorted. I have like a ButtLoad-BAGILLION different lead holders and mechanical pencils I use, but there is this "one" certain lead holder I use 90% of the time. I would feel lost without it!

Thanks. I just ordered it. I use cheap simple stuff so it's not that expensive. I'm gonna attempt some quick writing commissions in the meantime just to try and be productive. I've submerged the pen into rice, and I'm hoping that it will be functional when I check on it tomorrow. The liquid I dunked it in had soap, though, and I don't know if electronics can recover from that.

It's funny that you say that. A patron said they'd commission a short story, so I'll be making some money to (try and) do that. When God closes one door He opens another, they say.
