Corey Graves update
Added 2025-01-21 18:44:00 +0000 UTCCorey Graves has had a tumultuous last couple of weeks, returning to the NXT announce desk at NXT New Year’s Evil. However, he would miss the next week’s after a series of tweets voicing his displeasure at the move.
Earlier on Tuesday, PWInsider reported that Corey Graves would not be present at tonight’s edition of NXT. However, Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan has now learned that Corey Graves is listed for commentary on tonight’s edition of NXT, and is expected at the WWE PC for rehearsals for the show.
For those who have asked, there has been no indication from Graves or those close to him that this situation is a work. Sources close to him said they'd be surprised if it didn't become one.

Corey is just not good at his job. I'm sorry if it rubs people the wrong way, but he's not. Certainly not as a "heel" commentator.

2025-01-21 21:54:18 +0000 UTCMy hope originally, was that part of the agreement for him work NXT is that he would still be doing the Main Roster PLE's with Michael Cole & the NXT PLE's as well. I just hope they work this out because he is very valuable & should be treated like it.
