Update on Double or Nothing location

Fightful Select has learned that as of last year there was major discussion within AEW to have the Double or Nothing event away from Las Vegas, where it’s been held each year aside from Jacksonville. WWE WrestleMania is set to take place just a month prior, and is factoring into the decision, we’re told.
Those that we have spoken to believe AEW is unlikely to release their entire year of PPV dates ahead like last year. WWE running a competing show in Orlando when AEW had announced their World's End event months ahead was cited as a reason.

2025-01-19 23:43:30 +0000 UTCI think waiting too long is a mistake because people need to plan. Especially as I like to fly in for one or two events. But I do think moving from Vegas this year is likely the right move. I think most PPVs should rotate stands to reason diminishing returns when you have it at the same place every year. And a month away from Mania is a tough ask for locals if they pay as much as they will for Mania to then go to another event.
