The text adds a lot (does it need to be larger though?) and the coloring is better now that I've toned down the saturation a bit. Why do I not see what evryone else sees with the saturation? I think there is something wrong with my brain. I don't think it's my equipment.

I still might. I'm working on it right now, and I'm trying to get Max to look a bit more like Max (although the coloring will do most of that work for me). I'm not great about sticking to my own plans. I often just fill in space as it feels natural, and then I try to justify my mistakes.
