It just means that I've got a 'feel' for it, and that I'm not agonizing over every line. I've got mixed feelings about using Grog, since he doesn't fit in with the standard 'Blue' framework. Obviously this is not canon. Obviously this isn't even a parody. This is my dipping my toes into a setting, which I have very mixed feelings about, but I'm not going to throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet. I'd like to see these characters a bit, even if they are just carbon-copies of my other characters.
For what it's worth, I imagine that this guy lives after the events of Fallout 4, and that whatever happened in that game, Synthia and her branch of the Institute are located somewhere else. They're doing their own stuff. I'm only sticking to the lore as much as I care to, which isn't going to be much.
