Bel 4th thing?

What's the idea? A Chinese firework girl has captured Bel, and I guess is going to murder him unless he becomes her slave. What does that have to do with American Independence Day? I don't know. This was only a Duke Sketch that I wasted a month on, so I don't mind scrapping it here.
I'm honestly wondering if I was partly brain-dead last month. This idea doesn't even make sense.
