Random Kee-Va sketches
Added 2018-12-06 01:50:14 +0000 UTCTechnically a Duke sketch. Duke asked for a sketch of Kee-Va. I wanted to do more. I really miss these characters. I really wish I had invented these first and not Mark and Cadence. I don't know. I wish I had more time to develop them. I wish I had more time in general. I got up at 5am this morning to get someplace by 7am, and I didn't get home till about 12pm, and then I didn't really start work until 2pm. Where did my day go? Why am I always falling further and further behind, and I'm not getting any better.
I'm really worried about this Tumblr collapse, and for a really selfish reason. I don't think I'm going to be able to compete in the new market. I think they're are going to be a surfeit of really talented, professional trained artists looking for commissions, flooding HF with high quality art, flushing shit like me down the toilet. It's moments like these that rather than trying to be a better artist, I just wish everyone else was worse.

You are entrenched and you have fun ideas you will be fine...granted the loss of tumblr is significant but you will weather the storm.

Your worst enemy is yourself, Porn art is not a fight only about artistic ability, I know many artists who are rocking even when they are not that awesome on the pencil, just not give up. There are many new platforms, or you can just try to push further on just a few, not give up

Your technical ability has grown a lot over the past few years and while you may not be a photorealistic artist you have a distinct style you've developed that people like 2. Hmm how to differentiate yourself from all the other porn artists flooding the computer webs after the Tumblrcaust hmm I dunno maybe instead of focusing on doing commissions predominantly you should go back to doing the pics and comics with the humor and satire combined with the sexiness that gave you a fanbase in the first place hmm 😎 3.
