Okay, so I've made the following changes.

-Archdukes removed. End of an era, but I'm hoping that this frees me up to work harder on my own little projects like the Mark comics and the F3L comics.

-5 princes instead of 3. Partially to make up for the loss of the Archdukes, and also because a few big commissions are easier to handle than a lot of little ones.

-New reward for Dukes. "Shared Commisson." This is totally experimental so bear with me. My idea is that around the 1st of every month, I'll open up a discussion for Dukes, and we'll come to some idea about what they'd like to see that month. Maybe some pin-ups of famous characters, or more Mark comics, or whatever. It'll give each month a bit of a theme, but don't expect it to dominate the sum of my work. This is kind of new idea. Obviously the more Dukes there are the more this reward gets diluted. I'll be open to suggestions aobut how to perfect this after the first month.

-Also, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PLEDGES!!!! Just because I dropped the Archduke slot doesn't mean your plege amounts have changed. Those who pledged $40 are still at $40, but for no reward. Please change your pledge to whatever you want. If that means dropping your plegde completely because you wanted the reward, I totally understand, and thanks for your support till now.
