Build 0.12: "Slurry of Consonants"

I had planned to add the other Umzansi option in here as well (Flax running the lecture) but midway through the month I had a much better idea for how to execute on it, inspired by how the Painted Dog section plays out in this build, so I'll add it next month instead.
Changelog:
- Added rest of Painted Dog visit and relevant sex scenes.
- Completed Boerewors option for Umzansi opening.
- Fixed inavertent bug that was only letting you play 2 or 3 scenes before getting the To Be Continued screen.
