Hyan
Fightful’s Scott Edwards had the chance to interview HYAN ahead of her match against Giulia for the STRONG Women’s Championship at NJPW Fighting Spirit Unleashed.
She discussed a number of topics including wanting to work in NJPW her whole career, facing Mickie James at RevPro’s anniversary show, and her dream opponents. When talking about NJPW, she said how it was always a dream of hers to work there. Her main future goal is to win a NJPW championship. At RevPro’s 11th Anniversary show, HYAN challenged for the British Women’s World Championship against Alex Windsor and Mickie James. She talked highly of Mickie and did everything to take in the moment being in there. HYAN noted that the continuous “Hardcore Country” chants are in her nightmares too. And finally, when she was asked about dream opponents, she named Tam Nakano, Mercedes Moné, Toni Storm, and Charlotte Flair. Make sure to check out the full interview on Fightful’s YouTube channel.

Comments
WWE & AEW both had dark clouds this year hanging over them with Vince having final say in creative & the Punk drama overshadowing AEW shows. But with Punk firing & Endeveour removing Vince from creative & given full control to Triple H both companies have been killing it. I know some wrestling fans will always be tribalistic but it’s great to see both WWE & AEW at there best
