- Gravitated towards Trey Miguel when he returned to IMPACT and believes he’s the future of the company.

- Thinks Josh Alexander should be acknowledged for being the backbone and that he never lost the title. Believes people see him as a transitional champion and are just waiting for him to lose the title. Does believe that a lot of people have come around and given a chance, but it’s tough to shake naysayers.

- Hitting 1000 episodes for IMPACT speaks to the durability and people wanting the company to succeed. Says IMPACT’s identity has been a launching pad and has helped talent grow and find themselves.

- Loves all the TNA original matches, including the reverse battle royal.

- Gives advice on a case by case basis because not every wrestler is “one size fits all.” Texts with Jordan Oliver and Nick Wayne at least once a week. Says he never forgot Tanahashi’s kindness to the wrestlers and fans, and how he led by example. “He’s a genius.” Says he wouldn’t be the same person in wrestling if he didn’t have the experiences with Tanahashi.
