- For some reason, MMA fighter Dillon Danis dropped in Fightful's DMs and said "I want MJF."

- We've heard some positive traction on both Santana and PAC's returns to the ring after injury. PAC had nose surgery

- McKenzie Mitchell is scheduled to be in town at the Smackdown tapings.

- Some early spoilers for Smackdown this week. They have an office area set for Adam Pearce's segments, and plan to hang the MITB briefcases over the ring.

- WWE has brought in a half dozen extras to serve as security guards for Smackdown.

- As mentioned, as of Thursday night, there was a "new WWE Universal Championship" to be unveiled for a Roman Reigns celebration.

Jon Lajoie

Fightful.com's Rob Wilkins spoke with the singer-songwriter-comedian-actor Jon Lajoie for his Wolfie’s Just Fine upcoming album “Everyone is Dead Except Us.” Lajoie made media rounds because of his viral song “Hulk Hogan Slammed Andre the Giant.” The song was a tribute to his childhood.

Lajoie said the album was produced in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lajoie told us he watched Maple Watch Wrestling. Maple Leaf Wrestling’s parent company was associated with NWA and the WWF during their years. However, Lajoie said he did not get to see many great matches.

Jon said that he and his brothers occasionally would go to his Grandparents' home to watch WWF’s Saturday Night’s Main Event because they had NBC in their home, and he did not.

Jon showed off the LJN figures that were used in the music video. He talked about his favorite wrestlers to use.

Jon was well-known for his role as “Taco” in the FX TV Show “The League.” He was asked which LJN wrestler would be Taco. Jon said Jesse Ventura would be the one he would compare to Taco but added that Taco probably wouldn’t know who he is. He was also asked about where he thinks Rafi may be. Jon said, “Rafi is in Guantánamo Bay,  and he’s not a free man.” Jon would say that the Ultimate Warrior had an unpredictable and insane energy, and that’s Rafi.

He talked about his new album coming out on June 16th. It will be available for download on Spotify and other platforms. The album will have ten songs.
