- Wrestling Observer confirmed a recent Fightful Select Q&A report that the working plan for Ronda Rousey was to team with Shayna Baszler to take on DAMAGE CTRL for the Women's Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania.
- Wrestling Observer also stated that John Cena vs. Austin Theory is set for WrestleMania. Fightful reported that on December 31, Austin Theory was flown to Tampa to film with John Cena.
- As of today, Bloodline, Sami Zayn, Bray Wyatt, Uncle Howdy, Shotzi, Sheamus were all set to be in town for Smackdown.
- Creative plans as of Thursday night called for Sami Zayn to appear wearing a hoodie to hide his identity. Plans are subject to change.

But atleats those claims were proven false… rare I know
