Caturday with Double Cat

Hiding in Daughter's closet with, amusingly, a stuffed panther that a would-be boyfriend gave me when I was 15. (I wonder what he'd think about the fact that it is now in use by my tween daughter.) A very regal pose there, anyway!

It is Saturday! It has been a week. I am glad it's over. Some news!

• I finished up Kickstarter fulfillment yesterday, thirteen days after close. And I just got notification that the funds are on the way! So I can hug them when they arrive. My account needs serious healing after spending for three audiobooks in a row. I am super grateful to have this money. 💖
• Kherishdar did much updating. We are heading into the first of the two climaxes of the book! And probably have about a third of it left.
• Alysha launch MONDAY. Oh my gosh are you sick of hearing me talk about it but I'm SO EXCITED. I have special launch day editions doodled, with bookmarks and little Alysha pins... those are going up on Etsy Monday morning, so keep an eye on my twitter if you want one. There are only three!
• I think I mentioned Second is on sale so you can get into the Alysha series if you haven't already? New folks, this series is also in the Peltedverse, and takes place within Fleet and grapples mostly with the culture changes there, between the human drive to militarize the military, and the Pelted drive to say 'nuh uh'. It's actiony, and Saturday-afternoon-popcorn-readingy, and lots of interpersonal-interactiony. If you like my work you will... probably like it too. Lol. 😆
