I just recently finished Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair recently. These visual novel games are about a bunch of school students who are trapped in a setting, and to escape, you need to kill one of your fellow students. However, there will be a class trial and must solve who the Blackened (killer) is. Those that find out who it is, the Blackened is executed and the rest of the class survives. If they accuse and vote for the wrong student, everyone but the Blackened is executed and the killer gets to graduate and leave freely. And this is all orchestrated by a cute, psychotic, black and white stuffed bear named "Monokuma." It's a very interesting premise. They're not perfect, but if you haven't already, I would definitely check the first game before checking this one out. Without spoiling anything, I'll only say that it has a very "hopeful" ending. I already watched the Grumps play the first one and when I saw that these games were coming to Switch, I had to play it!
I honestly took quite a liking to Chiaki and I think she may be my favorite of this game (well, her and Gundham). She may seem a bit slow, but she has a strong sense of responsibility for her group, she's wholesome, and empathetic towards others, especially Hajime (the character you play as). She's also the Ultimate Gamer so that just put her at the top ;P
