Rumiko update + update in general
Added 2024-02-10 02:18:19 +0000 UTCOof it’s been a while since ive touched this animation. Reason being is that I don’t have much free time as I did back in Oct-Dec (the Shantae comic essentially paid for all my bills which gave me leisure to learn how to animate).
Since then it’s back to regularly scheduled commission batches. i do still wanna try to make patreon more lively and consistent but i’ve never been the type to be able to just pump out art on the whim. I did try pin-up sets when i first started Patreon but after a 4-5 months it became so repetitive and it wasnt enjoyable to do. Sketch requests were pretty fun in the beginning but then i got overwhelmed by them as well.
in other words, i’m still a bit lost with what direction i want to take this site BUT: I’m strongly leaning towards animations. I don’t think i’ll be turning them into commissions So something more a kin to patrons voting which characters get animated. After the final Komi animation i’ll be able to think more about it in detail and assess what I’m capable of in terms of workload
