Surprise dilfy Oak!!!

The esteemed creator of the modern pokedex and world renowned professor graces us today with a throwback outfit from his university days! It's a little bit tight yeah...but all the better I say!

Seems like my hankering for pokemon peeps just cannot be contained by one guy so here's another! Okay, kinda weird saying that since I haven't completed the Drayden piece yet but WHATEVER. This was just a quick side tangent anyways; a warm up of sorts for the main event LOL.

That said, this actually got a bit out of hand cuz I ended up using it as some sort of exploration in color choice. Typically, when I apply shadows to my figures, I choose warmer hues but this time, I elected to try and do cooler ones. Weirded me out when I was beginning and kinda made it hard to decide which color to choose but hey, we got there in the end and the results are rather satisfying, if I do say so myself!
