Discord Integration and chat for patrons!

So ever since Discord and Patreon announced a partnership I've played with the idea of creating a chatroom/server for you Patrons, and after some research and preparation, that server should now be ready! :D

If you're unfamiliar with Discord, it is essentially a free chat service designed for gaming. You can read more about it or create an account at their official website: https://discordapp.com

The way it works is that you connect a Discord account to your Patreon account, and when you've done that, you'll automatically get an invite to the patron server.

I have no idea how popular the server will be, but I figured I'd at least open one in case anyone is interested :)
