If using the peen version, don't forget to use the new SMSims-peenoverlayupdate-v4.zip file for the penis swatches (find in WRIST options).

At the moment it is just a decor peen, not an actual rigged mesh for WW or anything, BUT I do hope to be able to release my own peen that is WW compatible very soon.
