Declined pledges again
Added 2018-09-02 13:01:48 +0000 UTCHello guys, we have same trouble again, if your pledge was declined please follow this steps suggested by HentaiWriter:
- American Express cards may not work to pledge to patreon based on what region you're in; if you use it and it isn't working anymore, then you'll need to use another card, OR link your card up with PayPal and then use PayPal to pay, using your card through PayPal as a middleman.
- Pre-paid cards don't work anymore either as a direct payment method; however, you might be able to link it through PayPal as above, but it's unlikely it'll work TBH, you will likely need to link a card that is linked to a bank account OR link a bank account directly to your paypal

If your patrons are having any trouble, heres what they can do:
- If their bank suspects that the Patreon payment is fraudulent, a patron can call up their bank to confirm the payment is theirs and genuine.
- If their payment failed, they can follow these steps or switch to a different payment method.
- If they are seeing an international processing fee, they can switch their pledge to a different bank that doesnt charge for international payments.
- They can reach out to the Patreon support team to get account specific help.
