This is actually my desk relatively clean if you can imagine it. I love seeing other writers desks/offices. I don’t have an office, just a corner in my bedroom at the moment. But that’s all you need 😉

I’m behind on rewrites because of an ongoing family issue that’s taking a toll mentally and emotionally—not great when I’m rewriting but I’m working through it.

I was supposed to hand in the full manuscript on Feb. 1 but thankfully my editor is saying I can turn in half and work on the rest if I need more time which I think I might. We’ll see how far I get.

I honestly didn’t think I was going to do much rewriting. I thought I was going to touch up here and there. That was before I dismantled three whole chapters and am now trying not to freak out since they don’t fit together like they used to 😳 That’s rewriting for you. 😩 Just thought I’d post this pic and give a little update. Hope you’re all doing well in the new year and it hasn’t gone completely off the rails yet!
