The sharp white of her dress contrasted with the dark silk of her hair, and the small red cross on her cap seemed almost ironic on someone whose smile carried so much mischief.
She leaned by the bedside, her stethoscope cool against the silence, and for a moment the act felt more like a performance than a checkup. Her voice was soft, teasing, each word blurring the line between comfort and temptation.
The patient shifted nervously, caught between gratitude and curiosity, but Akeno’s gaze didn’t waver. This was no ordinary visit. The nurse’s touch lingered just long enough to suggest what words could never say.

部屋はかすかに消毒液の匂いが漂い、壁掛け時計のカチカチという音以外は静まり返っていた。明乃はナース服を着て入ってきた。一歩一歩が規則正しく、動きの一つ一つが優雅でありながら、ありきたりな看護以上の何かが込められていた。ドレスの鮮やかな白は、黒いシルクの髪と対照的で、帽子の小さな赤い十字は、あのいたずらっぽい笑みを浮かべる彼女の姿には、皮肉にも思えた。
彼女はベッドサイドに寄りかかり、聴診器は静寂の中で冷たく、一瞬、診察というよりはパフォーマンスのように感じられた。彼女の声は柔らかく、からかうように、一言一言が安らぎと誘惑の境界線を曖昧にしていた。
患者は感謝と好奇心の間で神経質に身をよじったが、明乃の視線は揺らがなかった。これは普通の診察ではない。看護師の触れ合いは、言葉では言い表せない何かを暗示するのにちょうど十分な時間だけ、長く続いた。
そして物語はここで終わらない…舞台装置が続きを明かす…

Hiiii guys! Finally back with a Tier 2+ poll result, I really missed doing these. Today we’ve got a crazy set, eheh! I’m really happy with how it turned out, super satisfying to see how well the combo of Akeno + sexy nurse fits. It honestly feels like this role was made for her.
