Content, Tiers and the Future

Hello everyone! I would like to open a, perhaps minor, but important discussion on the plans and the future of my patreon adventure.

The past few months were more than fruitful for my creative side, and I am grateful - and I would say in a way also indebted - for your continued and steadily growing support. I am happy that most, if not all of you so far, came here because you wanted to support my art in the first place. This patreon was started with the intention of being just a tip jar after all, at least in that early stage of its existence. However, I feel that the returns I promised started diminishing as of recent. My time, as dictated by my IRL financial needs, is getting consumed mostly by commission work, and things will continue to proceed that way for the foreseeable future. This has left me with inadequate amount of free time to spend working on either multiple variant patreon exclusives (some of which are in over-development hell at the moment), or personal artwork in general. Naturally, I am uploading all the completed commissions in full resolution for you to enjoy, but those were already paid for and I would assume they hardly constitute a perk of being a patron. Likewise, i promised to upload sketches and works-in-progress, however I started to deem them quite unworthy of being uploaded anywhere other than Twitter.

And so I would like to rectify the situation somewhat, and take baby steps in the direction of better interaction with you. I would like to present what I had in mind and hopefully get a feedback on the ideas. Nothing groundbreaking, but it's still new stuff for me.

Firstly, a clean-up in Patron tiers and benefits to be more adequate to the de facto situation.
- $1,5 tier: single variants of completed pictures and sketches, no futa, SFW and semi-NSFW-oriented (as always, intended if you just want to drop a tip!)
- $3 tier:  if available, multiple variant uploads of completed pictures and sketches, futa, nudity and NSFW-oriented

Secondly, more interaction with higher tier Patrons.
- $3 tier: access to polls + suggest ideas for monthly sketches that would be then voted on (1-2x per month for starters), access to works in progress of personal pics coupled with occasional special polls on which personal pic I should focus on in case there's many to choose from.

I wanted to move those "insider" benefits to a new $5 tier, however I do not feel comfortable with increasing tier pricings at this point. I am not the most regular person to upload, and any schedule would have to be tested with the tiers as they are now. However, do let me know if that new tier would still be something you would consider for the benefits as presented.

Thirdly, not sure how likely for now, a quick sketch commission tier
- $10-15 tier: personal request sketch each month (2-3 slots for starters)

Sketch suggestions and commission requests would ideally have to conform to some basic guidelines (I have my do's and don'ts), and not break Patreon ToS naturally.

Those changes would be intended for late September/October at the earliest. Also, all this is motivated by aforementioned failure on my part in timely delivering Patron-exclusive multiple variant pics (which I never know how much are appreciated in the end). I would like to substitute it with quicker, but more fun to do Patron-suggested artwork, which could also include quick multiple variants. All the while bigger, more polished personal pics would be done without much pressure, but would still remain a perk for all Patrons.

Do let me know what you think. If you are a more experienced Patreon creator, I would gladly listen to any tips and advice. It's all still very new to me, and I want to proceed slowly, but steadily - and make sure all you fantastic Patrons are on board!
