Update 9/13/22 - Milestones and Projects

What's up everyone, got a slew of updates for you all. Some especially interesting ones considering the state of the page, too.

First off, I'm happy to announce that I finished part 2 of the Pyra and Pandoria animation I did in July. And let me say, KB and Nami's VA work really pushed it to be some of my best animation to date. I'm very happy with it; it's not overly long (about 2 minutes), but I still love it.

I've scheduled it to be released October 5th.

Next, I'd like to mention I've been reaching out to a few other artists and have some art trades in the works. I've met a lot of really nice folks who are a joy to work with, so that's going to be fun. Look forward to seeing some of those soonish.

Commissions! I'm still thinking I'll be reopening either the week of Sept. 26th or the week of Oct. 3rd. I'll have to see what happens, since I am still working on other personal projects (some of which I've been posting bits and bobs of in the Discord WIPs channel).

So just be on the lookout for my status updates. I always post a few days before I open and let people know that's gonna be happening.

And lastly, the big one. Currently floating at 99 patrons and $496 a month here on Patreon. Now, that number blew past my previous milestone of $400 a month, which was for holding intermittent comm streams (with the idea of basically taking a commission and streaming making it all day), and making the top 2 choices from the poll.

Unfortunately, with my current at-home situation, I can't completely commit to that. That also effects the next milestone, which would add the animation benefits to the tiers. That's coupled with the fact that upon running this page for the past year, I've realized I set those bars a bit too low.

So yeah, I'm going to be adjusting the goals a little and also restructuring how I set the benefits up. Because while it's obvious you all want to support me, I need to make sure I'm being fair to myself and I don't end up burning out. 

However, because we've at least hit the $400 milestone for this month, I will be doing the top two winners from September's poll. That only seems fair.

So yeah, stay tuned for more updates. I'm trying to be transparent with all the changes and tweaks I make to running this whole operation. You all are paying to see me make stuff, after all.
