Probably depends on if someone wants to translate it. You can use a tool called MTOOL. It works on basically every rpg maker game and some others as well. Only problem is that for some games it’s basically poetry but you can get the basic gist of what the characters mean. And on this one it unfortunately messes with the status screen, one of the sexiest parts >.>

I use MTOOL to play the game, you can more or less understand by the context, the only problem is Asuna's status window that gets all buggy and you can't see the numbers anymore
