Just a quick status report this time. I've been working mainly on writing and I'd say it's about 90% completed. I'm writing the final scenes and beats of the chapter. Meanwhile we've started testing and proofreading what is already done, polishing a bit.
I don't want to take more than a week to finish writing everything, but I've learned to not underestimate the complexity of some scenes. All I can say is that I'm closing into the finish line but I will take the time I need (hopefully not much more) to get something I'm happy with. I want to avoid wooden dialogue and formulaic scenarios and mechanics, trying to account for as many variables possible and advancing the plot in a coherent manner.
Once again, thanks for your patience, you're being awesome. Meanwhile, I'm dropping a couple final images that I teased a while back in sketch form.

Don't feel pressured to release the update. I rather have access to all the routes even with some wooden dialogue. This is one of the few games I can wait for knowing how good the final product is.

2021-10-06 10:48:30 +0000 UTCIve been doing that as well actually, ive gotten so many different endings that i didnt know about, i actually ended up finding 2 new paths that when i played them both they ended up becoming my favourite options and scenes, then id find the other and think omg this is even better haha

2021-10-06 07:06:54 +0000 UTCYes, a single chair, an odd number of pillows. One side of the bed is even blocked and darkened by a flower like an old scar someone tries to hide. Also a little to mature and non-spectacular for Cindy and too tidy for wade - "definetly" not Cindy and Wade's.

2021-10-05 19:43:54 +0000 UTCYeah, but I do hate my memory when doing this. I had a great time exploring the events when playing it for the first 10 times. I often was surprised when I discovered a not-obvious plot turn, another branch of the story. When I play it now, I remeber most of the "red strings" ;) - I forgot some of the dialogue, but I do remember the bigger picture. I think I will have to wait for another 2 to 5 years before I forgot mos of the plot - if I can stop replaying it in the mean time ;) . Don't you regret remembering the best parts?
