I see books in the bedside table too, but they aren't featured as prominently as I would have assumed of Holly's room. If it isn't Holly's then I'd guess that it might be Cherry's? Emma doesn't seem the type, Cindy lives with Wade and going home with Alison as Ian wouldn't be a surprise to anyone. So I'll stick with Holly too. At the current point of the story her having sex with Ian wouldn't be a surprise either so maybe we're finally reaching the promised land and Lena/Holly.
