This month release schedule has been pretty tight and writing for Dave and Eva always takes a ton of time, but I think the story becomes fun and interesting! Let me know what you think, and, as always, please write down any bugs you come across!
It’s possible you get an error about “evapartysex” variable at the beginning of the update if you load a savegame in which you did not go partying with Eva. You can just press Ignore and it won’t affect your game. If you play a savegame from before the partying scene, this error should not appear at all.

Well, even if the current update had to resolve the Dave subplot, I still hope the Ash-Eva lesbian route retains a future option to evolve into a polyamorous relationship beyond the obvious "BFF with benefits" and romantic exclusivity outcomes (the latter being something that although possible, see the options to make Jack or Jess good, does not come especially easy or natural for bad Ash). It might be pulling Dave back in (if they somehow can deal with Eva's cheating), or Ash getting Eva involved with the Jack-Jess-Tyrone group (esp. if they can lessen the bad blood between Jess and Eva), or even luring her into the gang stuff. Part of the Ash-Eva lesbian route does involve bad Ash seducing/coaching sexy Eva into a more slutty lifestyle, after all, so it would be fitting.

2018-03-30 08:31:02 +0000 UTCI've seen some more of the Alpha now but certainly not all of it. It's pretty impressive how Eva Kiss managed to mold all the variables into something working. My guess before the alpha would have been that the threesome develops out of the Ash-Eva lesbian route. I still hope that there is a chance for a polyamorous relationship coming from that path, it could be pretty sweet and romantic relationships between more than two people are still quite unusual and somewhat taboo. But somewhere some variables need to be removed so Eva Kiss keeps her sanity and I understand that not every wish can become true. I think it was really brave to let an NPC, Dave, not accept Ash's advances and reject her under certain circumstances. It's uncommon in this genre and it might conflict with the players' expectations. But I like itnow, it shows Dave's character really good. I like that guy

2018-03-29 19:50:55 +0000 UTCWell, v0.13 alpha was released on march 8th so EK has had only less than 3 weeks to work on this update instead of more or less a month as usual. But the great news is that the project is back on schedule and keeping the great quality we're used to, I can live with a bit shorter update all things considered. Regarding the different plots I have the feeling -tough I can be wrong, of course- that with the last couples of updates we kind of have ended the second act of the story, so it kind of makes sense that at this point some relationships go "up or out" (Bernard, Dave), in other cases Ash have to choose one to pursue (Jack or Jasmin last update) and others aren't sustainable anymore at the same time (Wilson or being a thug and Eric). Even if not for the sanity of the author and the feasibility of the project it's only natural and needed in a story like this that some relationships evolve, others wither and some just die.

2018-03-29 01:26:16 +0000 UTCAlthough of very good quality as always this update indeed felt a tad short but I think it was entirely justifiable and understandable since the Dave and Eva subplots should have grown an absolutely nightmarish decision tree by now with all the possible variables and we know this month was not the best for the author (my sympathy and appreciation for being this productive nonetheless). I admire EK's ability to keep some grasp on this part of the plot. One way or another, however, I suppose this update puts a stop to Ash's nude modeling days with Dave. But she has a lot of opportunities about this budding from her sexy Instagram and the Tyrone video, such as cam and porn, and she seems willing to explore them.

I greatly appreciated the milestone in the Bernard subplot and the Jess banter scene (already seen in the preview). The flirting with Ryan was enjoyable too. The Dave stuff was well-written and well-drawn but frustrating (if coherent with his personality) for players on a path like mine. It was rather sad to miss the threesome but I can see why it doesn't happen on my path (sexy Eva is still busy exploring her budding sluttiness, Dave the self-centered if goodey-good artist is hopelessly oblivious about the changes in the girls if Ash doesn't snitch, and bad Ash is probably growing too different from him). We shall see if Dave and Ash drift apart (and Eva dumps Dave like Ash did with Eric) or the lesbian connection gives the triangle another opportunity to evolve in polyamory.

2018-03-29 00:30:48 +0000 UTCIIt's kind of hard to get but completely worth it imho, one hell of a scene: you need a refomed Eva (so Dave has been assaulted but is not in a coma) still in friendly terms with an Ash that has been draw at least the first time by Dave all of this while Dave and Eva are still together (so Ash told Dave not to dump Eva many updates ago). I think it will also be needed for Ashley not to be in a relationship with Eric, but as of now you can get the threesome even if that's the case (as I explain in the bug report a few comments down).

2018-03-29 00:06:09 +0000 UTCBug report: -I still have the bug about Jess changing clothes from good to bad when asked about her parents if not in a good relationship with them -The "nipple" variable bug happens, at least, 4 times in lines 79788, 80044, 80639 and 81160. -I think there is a continuity error in the threesome if all conditions for Eva's phone call are met but Ash is still in a relationship with Eric: if Ash answer "Just draw us, or something more?" (which sets the "dave3some" variable to true) the threesome will take place even tough it's discarded by both Eva and Ash after discussing the situation with Eric. -There are a couple instances when starting sex with Dave where the sprites are not properly deleted and images are displayed above others, for example in the 3some after line 81166 "He looked surprised...", but also in the sabotage route after line 80644 "I pressed my lips...", I think it happens at least another time but can't remember exactly when (will post it if I do).

Even though it didn't lead to anything erotic, I'm glad that Dave is unwilling to go behind Eric's back. It shows a consistency in the character. The Instagram sequence was titillating as well; especially the even naughtier sequences in further updates that we were teased about. Always nice to see some interaction with Jessica too. No complaints about the update here. Good to see you back on track.
