About the "Baka Harambe" thing, I just used it as a pun and meme reference. I don't intend to mirror a realistic world- scenario in the game, it's not the main focus. So I just went with was funnier and more well known. About Ashley being proactive: I'm trying to make her more active. You can see that in the Dave scenes: you can choose to call him or not, strip naked by yourself and take the lead and do some naughty poses. Also in the drug-dealing scene, you can offer the thug some sexy rewards. With Arthur you can choose to be naughty and proactive or play dumb and avoid his advances. In the relationship with Doug, Ashley is quite dominant, especially in the fuck-buddies route. Also, in the skype scene with Eric, she takes a more sexually agressive stance, showing off. And you choose what pictures to upload to Instagram I'm trying to give her a personality progression in that way, and to give players control over her development. However, making Ashley the sole agent of what happens in the game would require it to be something close to an open-world game, where you can choose what to do and when to do it at any time. I need a more or less linear narrative to make the game progress, events that happen to Ashley that are not dependant entirely on her. However, I try to branch it out depending on the player actions (you can avoid the gangbangers in several different ways, you can ignore Jack, or maybe he's jus tnot interested in you if you'r enot naughty enough, you can miss Doug completely if you don't help Iris, you can decide how you feel about Dave, you can choose to sabotage his relationship with Eva or leave them be, etc. etc.)

2017-10-26 10:28:06 +0000 UTCFound another bug on a previous version, after the phone call from Jack inviting her to a date: "I was so excited about the unexpected boom of my Instagram...", and her not minding the haters and pervs. Then she thought "I had mixed feelings about the unexpected boom of my Instagram..." This on a path where both Ashley and Eva are bad (11/21 in good/bad points), Ashley agreed to the date with Jack and she said she enjoyed the attention from the beach (Ashley went topless, and have tried to max out the Instagram points). And a story inconsistency: When both Ash and Eva are bad, Eva says: "No, not really... We fucked a couple times and that's it..." about Jack, but during their later conversation, Eva says that she and Jack did it once. Jack says the same thing when he and Ashley meet up at the bar.

2017-10-25 17:09:24 +0000 UTCThere is a narrative trick that I would like to propose for EvaKiss consideration: the introduction of other voices in the narration (until now the story has always been told from Ash’s POV), being them other characters or just an omniscient narrator. Nothing too fancy or drastic, just a couple “meanwhile” or “flashbacks” here and there. For example we could have seen Ash’s Dad in a short and fast cut, fapping to the obvious sounds of Jess and Ash having sex; or Eva could have told Ash (and us) in a flashback her sex encounter with Jack; or jump to Somalia and watch Eric comforting that euro slut, lol. Again, nothing that would change the narration too much, never overused and with Ash always remaining the only main character, but I think it could be cool. Just a suggestion anyway.

I think it’s some kind of anti-spam filter, but it has also happened to me when editing an already posted comment (so I’ve stopped doing that), then I would have to wait couple hours before being able to post again. A workaround I think works (but not really sure in 100% of the time) is posting as a reply to other people’s messages, tough is not ideal.

I think this time there were lots of problems and possible conflicts set up that will develop fully in one of the coming updates. The gangbanger-problem in both the good and the bad path seems to be better now. But in the good path Wilson is still free and is still able to cause trouble. In the bad path it’s worse. Enrico might want more than just one payment to settle the debt. And I want Ashley to be punished for mugging Sheldon, what she did there was reckless. Sheldon is so shitty, it’s amazing, I love him. Sheldon can run to the cops or his daddy or he can use his family’s wealth and resources to seek revenge and turn into some kind of evil Anti-Batman. The part with Monica and Ethan was great. What’s up with that bald guy and that card? There is a mystery to solve. I hope it will have to do with sex and not with people drinking human blood. Jessica continues to grow on me. Her scene was my favourite. I like the idea of the experienced girl taking care of the inexperienced one. It’s a cliché but I think it is still hot. The ending of this alpha felt a bit abrupt. Maybe it would help to let Ashley reflect about the last events at the end of an update. But I don’t really know and it is the way it is because It’s still the alpha update. I think Breadloaf’s last point is a very important one. Ashley mostly reacts to stuff other people do. Ashley is rarely proactive, not just when it comes to hitting on guys. She doesn’t really seem to have any ambition, she rarely initiates anything. It might make her a bit more human if she did. But I haven’t really thought about if it would work with your way of storytelling.

2017-10-25 01:22:32 +0000 UTCPersonally I think that at this point is really hinted that -no matter the good/bad route, sexual experience or karma points- Ashley is kind of a submissive at heart (not a complain, I find it very hot most of the time). Of course she can change and, as you and also a couple other patrons whose posts seem to have been deleted by the wonderful Patreon software, I would really like her being a little more “aggressive” in some instances and make the first move as you put it. And not only talking about Bad Ash, but also the “purest” Good Ash could be a more proactive with, for example, Eric if she is still in a relationship with him. But in the other hand I think that is already happening: in this update is she who decides to kiss (and then fuck) Jack or not, and all the lesbian scenes with Good Eva happen after Ashley takes the initiative, and sometimes being quite aggressive about it. So… let’s see how that evolves.

Here's some feedback: • I enjoyed seeing Edgar's smashed up face on the good path. I wouldn’t mind seeing Mr. Policeman make Wilson pay, either. • The interaction with Ethan and Monica was nice. Added some depth to both characters, made the story about her money problems move on a bit, and hinted at something interesting with that card :). • Jack's character has grown on me. Much less like the stereotypical alpha dudebro so far, which is quite common in the genre. • Just want to continue with Cabot's line about Boko Haram and al Shabab and give a suggestion. You could always name them "Tiizak Hamra طيزك حمرا", which happens to be an insult, meaning something like "your butt is red". More or less what they deserve, in my opinion. • I loved all the variations on the interaction with Jessica. And I hope that they can share more than rent if it happens :) • The sex scenes were very well done. I especially liked all the subtle (or not so subtle) differences in Jack's scene. I just hope that his interaction outside the bedroom isn't that different, depending on the choices you make there. Except that he would open up a bit more emotionally when he falls in love, of course. • Looking forward to the coming interaction with Tyrone, however you make it happen! • I might have said it before (my brain is roasted, so have to forgive me for that), but Ashley could look for naughty or normal jobs online. She's a clever and ambitious woman, so wouldn't feel out of place for her to be proactive. • You have plenty of choices and different outcomes, but feel free to have a long more or less railroaded section every now and then to advance the plot. Would be enough with fake choices there, I think. • And a final thought here. So far, most guys have been hitting on her, but I think that Bad Ashley would have enough confidence to make the first move. To go against the grain and do something which isn't that stereotypical (which is a bad boy seducing an innocent girl), why not let her be the corruptor? Could be a one-night thing only where she seduces a groom during a bachelor party to make it extra twisted and "bad", for example.

2017-10-24 16:19:45 +0000 UTCCouple bugs: - If Dave is not assaulted and Ash wants to sabotage his relationship with Eva when she visits first the evanormal conversation is played, she makes her goodbye and then all things start again and the sabotage conversation is played from start. - If Ash says to Jack his cock is amazing then she compares it to his ex-boyfriend’s, even if still in a relationship with Eric. - If in a relationship with Doug and not having a date with Jack the game ends kind of abruptly, without going to see Doug although Ash says so. I guess this is not bug but simply content that wasn't ready on time. Regarding the content… It was great!! I won’t comment about what happened in the DLC as I said what I think already, but in the rest of the update we had a lot of content with Jess, which in my book is always a good thing, again I liked very much how Jessica’s mood and behavior can be influenced by Ash actions: good Ash can be a little sanctimonious, but what a difference does she make (in any case the alley scene with bad Ash, while sordid, was hot as hell, lol); and then we had the first lesbian scene between them, where I missed the use of some toys, but there is time for that. Eva sex scene was also great, but who really stole the show for me in this update was Jack: he’s starting to be a more fleshed out and interesting character, and the sex scene was long, detailed and the first time when Ash could really start to put to good use her skills in deep throating and anal. It also opens an interesting route for a cuck Eric. Btw, the pun about Boko Haram really made me chuckle but I feel I have to say (only nitpicking here, of course) that the real danger in Somalia is Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram is more active in West Africa. Also, seeing you took the effort to transliterate it, could be also worth mentioning that Arabic is written right to left ;) Not that it matters anyway, lol.
