2022-06-14 18:05:49 +0000 UTCMy dad had a major medical scare 6 years ago. He collapsed in the driveway after coming home from his night shift. Luckily my mom was awake and found him. He had suffered heart failure, the upper chambers of his heart stopped receiving bioelectrical signals and were just not functioning. He had been going about his business for about a week with only 30% of his normal heart function. He had a pacemaker put in and thankfully he's still with us. Take care of yourself! If you have to sit at work make sure you take breaks and stand when you can.
