it makes sense for his character, and chi cheng has done worse. if need a refresher episode 1 is still free i think on youtube.

2025-08-20 00:57:27 +0000 UTCI don’t really like how Suo Wei was pretending he was being physically hurt and mistreated by Chi Cheng, and then acting like he was so depressed he was suicidal….just to get Xiao Shuai and Cheng Yu to sleep together…?? 😒 Too far! Especially since Xiao Shuai has had similar trauma in his past. Strange plan. 🤔

Suo Wei and Chi Cheng standing there on the back of the car with their arms wide reminds me of the movie Perks Of Being A Wallflower where the characters do that and David Bowie's "Heroes" starts playing 😭 What even is this plan trying to get Xiao Shuai to sleep with Cheng Yu 💀 No stop cause the actors who play Chi Cheng and Xiao Shuai got chemistry too 😭

At the funeral, Wei had been petrified, but now he could let loose under the pretext of being angry with Cheng. Cheng could properly comfort him, and everything was better.

2025-08-19 14:41:03 +0000 UTCTo be fair, until the end the mom didn’t say what’s on her mind bringing up grandkids/ daughter in-law, so I can understand why Dubao has difficulty telling the person he cares about the most exactly what on his mind, meanwhile just like the mom told her friend (Chi Cheng) everything, Duboa has no problem telling his friend (doctor) everything. 🧐 that aphrodisiac was like a lust potion when he used it, what if it actually has no effect to anyone, but the doctor was actually just using it as like an excuse serum until his trauma hit🤨🤣 at least now the doctor has a peace of mind about what happened…. Is what I was gonna say but he still got assaulted, stripped, and humiliated with pics, even if none of them went all the way.😖 I think it’s just gonna come down to trust and I think he definitely trust Guo when Chi’s not around.
