EP. 66. Request Board 

The two quests involving the mutants Catherine had shown in a video about ten days prior and the gradual conquest of Park Ji-hye. 

As I quickly scanned the content, several ideas lined up in my mind. One item that could progress both quests simultaneously came to mind-but only briefly.

I turned her toward the whiteboard. 

"Customers will provide verifiable information in exchange for water. See this board? It’ll list requests-like intel on new mutant zombies or other survivor groups." 

"So my role is…?" 

"Verify the info’s authenticity and distribute rewards." 

As I explained, my hand slid down to caress her back. She showed no resistance, prompting a sly smile. 

I approached the whiteboard and wrote the first request:

Adding "first-come" at the bottom-a phrase guaranteed to tempt Koreans-I smirked.

Two days after launching the "Information Desk" with Park Ji-hye in charge, 99% of the increased customer traffic had checked the request board. 

On the second day, a bespectacled man arrived with evidence on his phone.

Disgust gave way to horror as the creature vomited a liquid that melted asphalt and marble. 

Without hesitation, Park Ji-hye reached for her walkie-talkie.
