Fixed CloudSync upload bug
Improved database creation, like 10000x faster ( for real, test it! )
Improved artwork downloader in the background.
Removed refresh option, its automatic now.
Whenever your restart your Deck or changes Desktop - Game mode the game database will be created in the background, now it takes about 5seconds for those 1000 roms to be generated.
And when you open the launcher the artwork will start downloading system by system in batches of 10 in the background, you can see the artwork appear while changing tabs. You can even use your Deck while the artwork is being downloaded.

Known bugs / missing funcionality:
Some games get artwork from the wrong platform ( see robocop 3 in the screenshot )
There's no scraping indicator
