Report the current progress.

At present, I have reached the second area of ​​the beast route. 

This area may be completed tomorrow.

After the second area is the third (final) area.

After the final area is completed, the beast route is completed.


Uh...I started to make the beast route on the 16th, completed the first area on the 21st, 

and expected to complete the second area on the 26th.

So it seems that it takes about 5 days to complete an area.

At the beginning of April, I expected to complete an area in 3 days,

so that it should be completed by the end of May, which is a bit too ideal.

In short, I will maintain the progress until the laboratory is completed.


I have also spent a lot of time adjusting the working environment these days.

I have noticeably felt the pain in my waist and wrist recently, 

and I have not felt it so clearly before.

And this situation did not improve even if I lay down and rested, 

so I realized that the problem was serious.

I changed a new set of tables and chairs a few days ago, 

but they were still not comfortable enough to use.

I will be changing a new set of tables and chairs next week, 

hoping to effectively improve my working environment.

So I am sorry that the recent progress has been delayed.



I know that everyone is looking forward to the new stage,

so I also hope to complete it as soon as possible.

It is not very optimistic that I can complete before the end of May... 

I'm sorry I have to say that.

報告一下目前進度。

目前程式部分做到獸化路線的第二區域,這區大概明天能完成。

區域完成後就是第三(最後)區域,完成後才是一條路線的完成。


呃...我從16號開始製作路線的部分,21號完成第一區域,預計26號完成第二區域。

所以這樣看起來要完成一個區域大概需要5天的時間左右。

我4月初的時候預想是3天完成一個區域,這樣5月底完成應該沒問題,有點太理想了。

總之在實驗室完成以前我會維持進度的。


這幾天也花了不少時間在調整工作環境上,

最近我明顯感覺到腰部跟手腕的疼痛,之前還沒這麼明顯感受到這種情況,

而這種狀況即便躺著休息也沒有改善,才知道問題很嚴重了。

幾天前換了一組新的桌椅,但使用起來還是不夠舒適。

下禮拜會在換一組新的桌椅,希望能有效改善我的作業環境。

所以很抱歉最近的進度有些延宕。



我知道各位很期待新的關卡,所以我也很希望能盡早完成。

就目前來看五月底要完成是不太樂觀的......很抱歉我得這麼說。

總之我會不定時在推特上發布目前進度的。

而5月的時候也一樣會在10號、25號整理一次進度。

Have you considered getting an adjustable height desk? I have one and I find it helps with back pain. If my back starts hurting, I just adjust it to standing height, then if my feet start hurting, I adjust it to sitting height again.

I’ve actually been using a vertical mouse myself for little while now, I’m enjoying it And since I started working from home, I’ve come up with my own ways to help with posture and pain; I have compression gloves for my hands, an ice pack and heating pad for whenever things start to hurt more than usual, pain meds, workout equipment (that I should use WAY more than I am) to help keep my muscles active, and I’ll use a pillow a lot of the time to force my posture straight But, DESPITE all that, I still have trouble at times. Part of it is pacing yourself, and coming up with a schedule that fits how you function, then trying to make it a habit. But that’s easier said than done, obviously. And even with all my extra junk it doesn’t always help. If you can, whenever things start to become REALLY painful, be sure to make an appointment with a doctor to check the severity of these issues Oh and in reference to your update post: “ BORF! 🐕”

Posture is important when you sit all day. I experienced all these pains as well. What worked for me for the wrist problem is a vertical mouse and to rest my wrist a lot. It takes some days to recover. Also for waist pain deadlift exercises helped me a lot. After I did it for just a few days it got much better. But yeah overall solution is just to try and exercise a little. Or maybe look up posture fix tutorials on youtube.
