Important Note about Book One & Book Two of Beastborne
Added 2020-06-26 14:48:57 +0000 UTCA lot has changed from the rough draft you all read to the full release of Beastborne: Mark of the Founder.
Keen-eyed observers will note differences in EXP, skills, spells, and a few other things.
Unfortunately, this is one of the drawbacks of a web serial. Things constantly evolve and change between draft copies and while I did my best to refine and improve there were some areas that necessitated significant change.
Have no fear! The main storyline remains unchanged and I have no plans to alter that ever. But details have, and many of you might realize some statistically anomalies when comparing the end of Book One Hal to the stats in Book Two.
Whether you have always been a patron or reader, or you’re coming here from Amazon (in which case, hi!) you may notice some discrepancies between Book One and Book Two. Know that I’m working hard to correct them and bring them more in line with the experiences of Book One.
The edits will, largely, be statistical in nature so there’s no issues. Between the rough draft and the final, Hal wised up a bit and as a result things are slightly mismatched in terms of a Class Level here or there and some skill Levels. While the edits I do will not be as intensive as what I’ll be doing to put Book Two into a published state, they will be done to fix the glaring issues and posted exclusively on Patreon.
If, however, you spot any lingering errors, please let me know and I will update and re-upload it here ASAP.
