So, I've recently starting thinking. "Hey, this whole writing thing isn't all that bad! Maybe I could even do this full-time after graduating?" Actually, I'd started thinking that a long time ago when my first story had gained a few thousand followers on Royal Road. But now, the thought has gone from  "Writing may be a potential career option somewhere in the future" to "I am starting to plan for eventually doing this, if circumstances allow."

So, to that thought, I just had some simple questions I wanted to ask all of you. What are the biggest reasons that make you sub to a story's Patreon?

Also, this is more of a personal realization, but there had been a fair amount of critique for the story, a lot of it rightfully so about how it failed to deliver on the premise. (The rank of the story last I checked was like 180 something). And quite frankly, I've read worse stories, and worse stories that were a lot more popular. That being said, that does not make the issues with my own story any less worse. Arguably due to lack of planning on my side as I'd started it on a whim, and a lot of factors. But to deal with all the "ugh this sucks, I wish I could go back and redo it all" feeling, I've decided to treat the Royal Road version as a rough draft, and I'll be going back and fixing a lot of things to eventually publish this book on Amazon.

I'm kind of excited for that, to polish the story and try to make it as good as I can. The plot shouldn't change much at all, it'll be too much work to do that, but things should be better overall.

Oh and one last thing! If you have any issues/complaints, and any way for me to improve (aside from my iffy schedule, I promise I'm working on it. Just need to get finals done with) then please leave them in the comments!
