Congratulations on 1 million! What an awesome milestone. Watching your content really inspired me to get back into anime overall. Like you I watched a lot of Dragonball growing up, and had stents of getting into other anime, but never to the level I loved dragonball. There are two series I'd love to hear your opinions on eventually. FLCL (only the original 6 episodes) and Trigun. FLCL is something truly special and is jam packed with so many details in such a short run and was a great turn for Gainax after Evangelion. Fair warning, much like the orange bricks of DBZ, there are some truly awful cuts of this out there, but if you can find the good versions, this anime is beyond stunning. Trigun is a property where the manga, the 90s anime, and the recent stampede series are vastly different and I'd love to hear your perspectives on this story. My son's nickname is Bash the Stampede after Vash because me and my ex loved this series so much! Thank you again and I hope you and your team enjoy celebrating!

Wow, 1 million milestone. And this channel has gone so far since I first found it. It was before Covid and the review I first saw, ironically, was the first DragonBall GT review because I hadn't seen that series in a long time. But, what made me stay was the analytical approach Mark took to his work, as well as how often he'd quote books about storytelling like Robert McKeesport Story or other works. I had not seen anyone really do that with manga or anime before. And Mark brought his own flair and personality to whatever series he worked on. Then, when Covid hit and I chose to work grueling hours to keep paying my bills, his One Piece reviews are what I ALWAYS looked forward to watching on my lunch breaks. That was when I decided to be one of his patrons. This channel is a reminder of how far Mark has gotten, as well as some videos that carried me through tough times. When I was depressed, Mark made me laugh. When I felt lost, Mark reminded me of stories that kept me going. This channel means alot to me. And I'm always rewatching videos or checking out the new stuff, everything. So congrats Mark and team to this milestone, you guys have done a wonderful job and made people like me happier.
